At this stage we can't take orders through the website for those of you based in the UK and Europe due to the VAT fee process. Please still send me a message through the contacts page and we'll see if we can't make something happen through the Etsy portal.

For all in-stock items, please allow between 1 - 4 business days for dispatch. This allows for proper handling and packaging as well as reducing my stress headache when I realise I don't have a free block to pack up orders within the next 48 hours.

For Pre-Orders and Made to Orders the dispatch times vary so it's best to take note of the dispatch info on the listing itself before purchase.

Please keep in mind that some countries and services are experiencing delays due to the current pandemic and these delays may affect your parcel - but otherwise below is a pretty good guide!

• Asia Pacific (15 - 25 Business Days from Dispatch)

I'm not liable for any extra customs fees that rear their ugly head during your parcels journey. Thus far it hasn't been an issue but if you're unsure just give your customs guidelines a quick google to be sure.
